Developing Your Yoga Practice Workshop 

A focus on developing & strengthening our yoga practice.  Suitable to people new to yoga or an experienced student.


Day Retreat

A day to nurture yourself with Yoga, in a beautiful environment, we will took time to connect with ourselves and each other as we took care of the body, calmed the mind and opened the heart.

During the day we shared:

  • A Hatha Yoga practice, adapted to suit each participant and focussing on connecting with ourselves energetically 
  • Kirtan – group chanting of ancient mantras to open our hearts
  • A walk in nature to connect with the earth
  • Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation to calm the body and mind, dedicated to healing and peace


Summer Vegan Cooking Afternoon Workshop and Meal

First we gathered ourselves into a shared space by chanting three Oms and then the fun began. The recipes were distributed beginning with the most important dish – dessert – of course. It was for Raw Beetroot Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Coulis. Yum, yum, yum. We were also going to experience the delights of Mushroom and Pea Curry, and Simple Kidney Bean Dhal, accompanied by Curd Rice. Click here to enjoy the full report of the afternoon and the tasty delights.
