Online Relax Chant Meditate session

Starting on the mat with 15 mins of guided relaxation, we will then awaken the body with some gentle movement (10 mins) before settling down to experience the benefits of sound vibration with Sanskrit chants (25 mins), which then beautifully prepares us to move into meditation (10 mins) to experience inner stillness.
