This Class offers a gentle restorative yoga practice, incorporates deep relaxation, gentle body movement, breath awareness and meditation. It is designed to help people who are experiencing long covid, mobility challenges and general fatigue. 

• Suitable for all body sizes and abilities 
• The class is also suitable for anyone wanting a gentle and accessible yoga practice to release stress and tension. 
• This class will also be available to attend on Zoom

What to wear: Loose comfortable clothing (layers that can be easily taken off or on).  Note: Best not to eat too much before attending

This Multilevel Yoga Class is suitable for new and experienced students. 

• Options to extend your practice are given for experienced students. 
• This class will also be available to attend on Zoom if you can't make it in person to class for any reason.
