We offer Yoga for every BODY across a range activities and locations within Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our Hatha Yoga classes are suited to all levels of ability, from beginners to the more experienced student of Yoga.
In addition to offering Hatha Yoga classes, we aim to spread the benefits of Yoga broadly and to develop a supportive community with regular Satsangs (Yoga talks), workshops, retreats, Yoga teacher training and other exciting programs to promote the goals of Yoga.
