Classes
Our classes are accessible for every body and include strengthening, stretching, relaxation, breathing and meditation practices. Morning and evening classes at Murrumbeena Park Community Hub and online.
Monday 10.30 - 12.00pm: Gentle Yoga Class
Monday 6.00 - 7.00 pm: Yoga for Chronic Conditions
Monday 7.15 - 8.30 pm: Multilevel Yoga Class
Tuesday 7.30 - 9.00 pm: Multilevel Yoga Class
Wednesday 10.30 - 12.00 pm: Gentle Yoga Class

Our Focus
Integral Yoga Centre of Melbourne Inc (IYCM) is a non-profit incorporated association dedicated to serving the community through living and sharing the classical teachings of Integral Yoga.
These teachings facilitate an easeful body, a peaceful mind, a useful life, and, ultimately, the realisation of our true Self.
Anyone, from any background, any age, any capacity, can come and practise in community with others, find peace within themselves, and bring that peace into the world around them.
Our activities include providing yoga classes, evening activities, retreats, day programs, workshops and teacher training.
